Manufacturing FAQ

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Do you offer custom jewelry design services?

Yes. We provide complete custom jewelry design support, including concept development, hand-drawn sketches, 3D CAD design, and design revisions. Whether you provide a reference image, sketch, sample, or simply an idea, our design team can help turn your concept into a production-ready jewelry design.

Can you provide professional product photography?

Yes. We can provide high-resolution product photography for your jewelry orders. Our product images are designed to clearly showcase materials, craftsmanship, stone setting, finishing, and product details, making them suitable for e-commerce stores, catalogs, social media, and other marketing purposes.

How do you control product quality before shipment?

Every order goes through a strict quality control process before shipment. Our QC team inspects workmanship, stone setting, polishing, plating, dimensions, appearance, and overall product condition to ensure that the finished jewelry meets the approved specifications and quality standards.

What warranty do you provide for your jewelry?

We provide a one-year warranty covering manufacturing-related quality issues. If a confirmed manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, our team will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, return, or exchange where applicable.

Do you provide after-sales service?

Yes. We provide long-term after-sales support for our jewelry products. Our team can assist with maintenance, repairs, replacement parts, product-related questions, and other after-sales needs. Warranty services and post-warranty services are handled according to the specific situation.

How do you protect confidential custom designs and intellectual property?

We take our clients' intellectual property and design confidentiality seriously. For custom projects, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before development begins. Client designs, CAD files, samples, and other proprietary information will not be shared, reproduced, sold, or used for third parties without the client's authorization.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ depends on the product, material, design, and customization requirements. We support flexible low-MOQ production for jewelry brands, wholesalers, retailers, and startups. Contact us with your product requirements for the exact MOQ.

Can I order samples before bulk production?

Yes. Sample orders are available before mass production. For custom jewelry projects, we can first develop a prototype or production sample for your approval before proceeding with the bulk order.

What materials can you manufacture?

We work with a range of jewelry materials, including sterling silver, gold, and other commonly used jewelry metals, together with lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, cubic zirconia, and selected gemstones. Material options can be customized based on your target market and budget.

What information do I need to provide for a custom jewelry quotation?

You can send us a sketch, reference image, CAD file, sample photo, or product idea. Please also include your preferred material, stone type, size, quantity, plating color, logo requirements, and packaging needs if available. The more information you provide, the more accurate our quotation will be.
